WorkWatch is available in three main configurations:

Cloud Hosted

WorkWatch is hosted on our secure cloud environment, offering easy access and scalability for monitoring data.

Monthly Fee
Priced at AUD$14.95 + GST per monitored workstation / month of retained data.

We manage the infrastructure, all you need to do is deploy the monitoring agent to your workstations and let us take care of the rest.

No Set-up fee, and no long term contracts. Only pay for what you use.

Litigation Hold: When a user is placed on litigation hold, their data will not be purged. Additional charges will be incurred when users are placed on litigation hold at a price of AUD$4.95 + GST for each additional month or stored data, per user per month.

Cloud Hosted (using your own cloud storage)

WorkWatch is hosted in our secure cloud environment, offering easy access and scalability for monitoring data. You supply, manage, and pay for your own cloud storage.

Monthly Fee
Priced at AUD$12.95 + GST per monitored workstation / month of retained data.

We manage the monitoring portal infrastructure, you manage and pay for the cloud storage infrastructure.

No Set-up fee, and no long term contracts. Only pay for what you use.

Self Hosted

WorkWatch is hosted on your organization's servers, providing complete privacy and control over monitoring data.

Set-Up Fee
We charge an initial AUD$500 + GST setup fee, we work with your in-house IT Department to configure the monitoring portal and storage infrastructure. If you don't have your own IT Department, we can provide this service and any required server infrastructure at an additional cost. Contact us to find out more.

Monthly Fee
Priced at AUD$7.95 + GST per monitored workstation / month of retained data.

You manage the monitoring portal and storage infrastructure, you can choose to use on-premises storage or cloud storage.

WorkWatch still collects data if the monitored workstation is offline, or the monitoring portal is unreachable. The WorkWatch monitoring agent will upload data to the monitoring portal once communication has been restored.

Usage of the monitoring portal is granted on a subscription basis. It can be remotely disabled in the event of extended non-payment or if it loses contact with the billing and/or licensing servers for an extended period. Billing will continue and will be estimated based on past usage until the contract is officially terminated by either party.

Note: WorkWatch is available as a subscription only service. WorkWatch, both the monitoring portal and the agent software will always remain the property of Macarthur Managed IT.
